Bore precision of a few hundredths of a millimetre, depending on the part. Techno-Synthetic processes PEEK, PEI and reinforced PPS, with integrated metal inserts.
Materials
PEEK (polyether ether ketone) · PEI (polyetherimide)
PPS: one formulation with 30% glass fibre; another with 40% mineral fibre.
Components for vacuum systems, pumps and fluid management.
Casutt processes PA 4.6, PA 6.6 and PA 12, mainly reinforced with glass fibres or beads. Fluid, loads and interfaces guide the choice of compound.
Materials
PA 4.6 · PA 6.6 · PA 12
Primarily reinforced with glass fibres or glass beads.
Cockpit components, control sticks and adjustment systems: precision, low weight and material selection.
Techno-Synthetic combines engineering polymers with insert moulding, including aluminium inserts. The compound is selected for each part’s temperature, loads and function.
Materials
PPS · PEI
Carbon-fibre-reinforced polyamides · Polysulfones
Components for medical equipment and implantable devices, from breathing support to treatment delivery.
Ventilator-filter parts, peristaltic pumps, catheter components and blood-collection parts. ADMO manufactures this series under ISO Class 8 laminar flow, with an ISO 13485-certified quality management system.
Dental accessories, pharmaceutical bottles and diagnostic components: shapes suited to each application.
Dental wedge dispensers, small-file holders and bottles. ADMO and Casutt bring their expertise together around your product’s use, contact conditions and dimensions.
Casutt & Co · Diagnostics
This series of nine Casutt components shows different geometries for diagnostics. Assembly and expected contact conditions guide material selection and design.
Materials
Polypropylene (PP) · Polyethylene (PE) · Polyacetal (POM)
Components, polishing protectors, machining and washing fixtures, transport and storage solutions: precision at every stage.
Bezels, case elements and movement holders: ADMO matches shades to straps and ceramic cases. Colour is part of the component specification from the outset.
For watch cases and clasps, a close-fitting protector limits the passage of abrasive particles underneath during polishing.
Racks, baskets and modules for screws, pallet forks or oscillating weights. Geometry and material are selected for the contact surfaces, oils and cleaning agents.
Materials
PPSU · PVDF · Polycarbonate (PC)
Containers hold movements in assembly shuttles. Dial holders, rings and capsules protect dials, barrels and balances during transport and storage.
Materials
Primarily polycarbonate (PC)
