Our commitments

Industry moves forward.
So does our responsibility.

Energy, materials and the people behind our workshops. Three practical priorities for improving the way we manufacture.

Photovoltaic panels on the roof of our La Chaux-de-Fonds site

Producing with solar energy

Our site has rooftop photovoltaic panels: a tangible step towards bringing renewable energy into our manufacturing activity.

Giving materials another use

At ADMO, production waste is sorted and recycled. Care for materials continues beyond the finished component.

Designing around the intended use

Service life, material use and the possibility of disassembly: questions to consider from the design stage, according to your application’s requirements.

Keeping expertise rooted here

Our three companies work together in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Preserving skills, sharing experience between teams and building lasting relationships are part of our family business’s purpose.

A family venture

Two brothers.
One shared drive.

One has known the workshop since his apprenticeship. The other brings an economist’s perspective. In 2013, Christophe and Sébastien Jacot chose to build a business together by acquiring ADMO.

Techno-Synthetic, then Casutt & Co joined the venture. Three companies sharing one ambition: to sustain their expertise and open new opportunities.

The workshops remain in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Experienced teams, skills passed on and direct contact with customers give the business continuity.

Your project starts
with a conversation.

How does our collaboration begin?

With a conversation about your component: its use, the details that matter and the result you need. We then review material, geometry and tooling with you to define the right solution.

Can my project involve more than one group company?

Yes. Your contact brings together the expertise of ADMO Plastique, Techno-Synthetic and Casutt according to your needs. You keep one identified contact, from the initial study to manufacturing.

Can you work with my production volumes?

Small or large series: we assess the project against your quantities, schedule and stage of development. Tooling and manufacturing arrangements are defined on that basis.

What should I provide for an initial assessment?

The component’s function, key requirements, quantities and target date. Let us know if you have a drawing or sample; arrangements for sharing it can then be agreed with the team.

Your next project

Let’s talk about
your next component.

A first conversation to understand your requirements. Then one point of contact to coordinate your project across our three companies.
